TradePoint Erbauer Scratch & Win Competition Terms & Conditions

Entries

This promotion is open to all TradePoint members in the UK aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of B&Q Limited, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the promotion. Excludes B&Q Local stores & ROI.

Promotion is open to TradePoint members making a qualifying Erbauer purchase between 23 Aug - 12 Sep 2024 inclusive. Excludes B&Q Local stores and ROI. 

When a qualifying purchase is made within a B&Q store, the TradePoint member will be required to scan their TradePoint card at point of purchase and will then provided with a ‘Scratch & Win’ card by a member of staff to reveal instantly whether they have a won a prize. One ‘Scratch & Win’ card can be redeemed per qualifying product purchased.

Prize Details & Fulfilment

Scratch cards will be distributed randomly to selected B&Q stores. Cards can be scratched in store to reveal whether a prize has been won and how to claim that prize. For prizes that can be claimed in store, they can only be claimed in the store from where the purchase was made and must be claimed by the close of the promotional period (). Any claims made after this point will not be fulfilled.

Prizes must be claimed by visiting the store from which the purchase was made by store closing time on 10 October 2024. The following prizes will be posted direct to the winners: Erbauer Power Tool 10 Piece Kit, Erbauer Tool Storage Kit, all other prizes will be issued from the store.

Your acceptance of these Terms

We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or hold void, cancel, suspend or amend these Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so. Our decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. By entering this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law the Promoter and its agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner/s or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

Governing Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer. This promotion will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
