Excellent
A very good product for light weight picture frames.

Poor adhesion
Bought to fix an MDF black board to a kitchen unit. Followed instructions but would not adhere to the blackboard even after leaving for over 60 minutes. Removal was very easy as thy wouldn't stick in the first place. Will have to revert to using screws!

Great for hanging
Bought it as a trial for hanging the cctv cameras outdoor, works extremely well, good adhesion to the aluminium.

Poor Product
Purchased recently to fix pictures to a wall. Awful product which could carry very little weight and fell off the wall almost immediately. Would definitely not recommend.
