Good product but smaller than advertised

Bought these to replace a well known wholesale warehouse brand of flooring in my garage that was worn out (11 years use)
Quality is fine and they are cheaper than the plain black tiles (why?) but, they are not 600 x 600 mm
Once you add in the overlap of the interlock, the tiles are only equivalent to 570 x 570 mm. You do gain an extra 10mm with the eding strips but essentially a pack will never cover 2.4 m2 so they are incorrectly advertised and labelled.
Keep this in mind when measuring the area to be covered as you'll likely need another pack ot two. My single garage would have needed 6 packs but I'd only bought 5 as I assumed they were the same size as the existing tiles (they actually are 600 x 600 mm not including the interlocking tabs)
Finally, they're not nearly as well designed as the existing tiles. You have to trim the edging strips as they have an overlapping section at each join

I bought this to put under bicycle trainer, however the tiles are too soft and the interlocking connection is very weak, easy moved apart...
I guess ok for child playroom but not suitable for utility or garage...
Not suitable where cars are going to rest

I'm sure this is okay in workshop areas where there is only foot traffic however my car has flattened the tiles where it sits on them and on more than one occasion they have stuck to the wheel and lifted up.
