This product is great

The quality, functionality, price - absolutely perfect, I am very pleased, and I recommend this product. Easy to assemble, everyone can handle it. The only thing that I really disliked was the lack of a specific description, data, dimensions etc. So what can help: 1.it is fully assembled, the package is not too heavy but 4m long 2. The mounting height is 2.5 m in my opinion, it is high enough - manual says 3m 3.width is exactly 395cm, after unfolding it is about 3m long 4. hangs on three hooks, two wall plugs per one, i used 12mm but it depends on your wall, you have to buy plugs separately 5.in the third photo shows a screw that you can adjust the drop, very useful, but this is not mentioned in the manual.
Great value and purchase

We used screws and washers to attach the 3 brackets to brick wall then when awning in position and opened ,loosen 2 outer bolts on either side of where arms are attached to get preferred angle. Great buy!

Great value for money. But doesnt state that it doesnt come with fixings. States on box but when its home delivery you cant see it. Bolts were cheap enough but hassle . Should be included
Very Poor Instructions

The product itself is excellent value for money. The downside is that it comes without fixings and the instructions are very basic. Worst of all they state that the awning should be fitted at a height of 3 metres which I thought was high but followed what was told. The result is that the awning is so high it only protects my wall from the sun and not the patio. This means I now have to relocate it to a more sensible height and fill the holes left in my wall.
