Great doorstop
Recently had a new bathroom fitted but struggled with the door opening directly onto our basin - this doorstop has been just what we were looking for. Nice and small behind the door so it’s not a tripping hazard, easy to install and we’re not at risk of it moving anytime soon. It’s been in use for nearly a month already and has been great.

Perfect for the bathroom door!
This doorstop was perfect for our needs. We've installed it in the bathroom to prevent the heavy door hitting the bath. The chrome finish matches the beading on the tile edges and the taps/shower. Simple enough to fit, and hopefully will last for years!

Life changing doorstop
I was sent a (presumably automated) email to review this product. Given that it was just a doorstop, I pondered for many seconds over whether it was worth it, after all, it’s literally just a door stop. Then I considered reviewing this against every other single product I’ve ever bought (and never reviewed), most of which also request feedback. Was this worth going above and beyond, finally expressing my thoughts so others who have door stopping needs against the literally several other options? I was in a quandary for minutes. I needed to give my thoughts on this tiny piece of metal. To share my experiences. To give my worldly wisdom and help guide future door stop people make the best and most sensible decision. After many moments of thought I decided to take the plunge. To give my opinion to the world. And here it is… It’s a door stop. It’s shiny, cheap, reasonably easy to fit, and it works. My door no longer bumps in to the wardrobe. Thank you B&Q for literally changing my life and my future generations from a world where I was worried my bedroom door would hit the mirrored wardrobe door. I can now sleep easy at night P.S. Dear B&Q. Not everything needs a review. Sometimes people just want a simple doorstop and not to give their wisdom on EVERY SINGLE PURCHASE. Hope this helps the world. I can now die a happy man, knowing that I have helped the whole world to continue to function.

Does the job
Stops my door banging into the wall which is what it's supposed to do, bit hard to say anything else about it. Would have been 5 stars if it included a screw

Does the job well
Needed a door stop in our new ensuite to prevent doorknob from hitting shower glass. Husband no DIYer but this product was easy to fit and does the job, and looks smart

Beware...
Do not buy..... if you ever expect to move it or remove. You may have to even if you don't expect to as it is quite flimsy.The big screw that secures might come out of the floor as it is attached to the stop by a non-attached thread that only rotates clockwise.The cross head screw that holds the angle broke as it was going in so that wasn't good. This will do it's job once in but be aware that it may never be removable.
