I bought this product and paid to have it fitted and lo and behold the lampshade doesn’t fit! It is a large ring so be warned!

It’s not made clear on the item description or packaging but the diameter of the lamp holder is larger than usual so my lampshades don’t fit. I suspect that if you have a lampshade that requires a ring to enable it to fit onto your current lamp holder then that might be ok.
