Great quality
I have bought this many times. It covers well and always gives a consistent colour.

Good product!
A decent product, I rarely use stains in wood but this did exactly as described. Apply multiple coats if you a more consistent colouring

Very pleased
I bought this last week . It was easy to apply on my beech worktop just after it had been sanded down . It went on great . The colour was fine and the process completely re-invigorated the whole look of the kitchen. The sheen was good. Very pleased.

Great finish
Very difficult to open (which probably is good for keeping it secure) but once open and on it looks great. Better finish and look then I expected. Wish product would mention expected cover on the bottle. I used this to fill in worn away area and it blended well

Check the colours if you can
The colour is very light, put on pine and hardly noticed any difference. Had to buy a darker colour. Coverage is good and application is easy. Shame the store had removed the sample colours they used to do would make life easier.

Superb wood dye
I used this to stain some pine bannisters and hand rail. I used two coats then used a Colron wax. This finished effect is very good indeed so I would recommend this wood dye.

Very poor, don't bother
I bought this a few weeks ago to stain an oak table I was making. I tried a test on an off cut of oak and the results were very poor. No penetration, poor color adherence. I got some spirit based Luberon brand and bingo we were back in business. I appreciate the need for water based products but in this instance don't waste your time with this product.

colron wood dye
Colron used to make excellent spirit based dyes, these new water based products have no depth of colour and the colours themselves are weird.

Complete rubbish
Have used the old solvent based stain for years with no problem. This water base dye is useless. Doesn’t colour the wood evenly or with any depth of colour. It also took a whole can to dye one bookcase, a tin of the old stain would have done several items. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
