Will see how this lasts. The back bumpers of the seat do not touch the bowl so I expect lots of stress on the middle of the seat over time.
Installation should have been easy except that one of my bowl holes is too shallow for the mounting bolt. One side fit fine but I had to saw a few mm’s off the bolt on one side.
Going to wait and see....

Opened the box and looked easy enough as I have fitted a soft close seat with top fixings before. However first problem was the rawplugs didn't fit in the holes. I found it best to screw the bolt in a little, line the plugs up and whack it with a hammer, be careful around porcelain though! Once plugs are snug, remove bolts and carry on with the instructions. Time will tell if the seat will last, or will come loose and wriggle about as it has been mentioned in the reviews, I'm keeping my receipt just in case
Good for about 2 weeks

The title says it all really, when it is first installed it is terrific, it has snap off fixings, so you can only tighten it to a certain torque before the bolt heads snap off (this is supposed to happen), only problem is, after a couple of weeks, the seat is loose and sliding all over the place and obviously, you can't tighten it again because the bolt heads have snapped off, the other problem is, when you lift the seat, (for obvious reasons), the seat comes off the fixings, again this is supposed to come off for easier cleaning but not when your lifting it to use the toilet. All I can say is steer clear of this seat, it's not worth the money or the trouble... by the way I've fit many toilet seats over the years as I work in a carehome and many seats are very long lasting.... but definitely not this one.
Very good toilet seat

My review is after 6 months using it. This is the best toilet seat I’ve ever had… I have had more expensive ones from B&Q but this one is more durable and very easy to clean which is so important…
Poor quality control

Brought this toilet seat yesterday, when I got it home the seat in the box was completely different. I took it back and checked the next box by opening it. When I got it home the one of fixing bolts were completely wrong size. Luckily I had something in the garage.
Once I finally fitted the seat I am pleased with it. Feels secure and easy to remove.
