Great looking tap purchased because I liked the flexible pipe for rinsing dishes etc.

I've only had the tap 4 months and the bottom of the tap broke off while in use. This is the second issue the first issue was the tap leaking at the base of the rubber hose which i had to replace an o-ring a few weeks in.

I would not recomend

I had a much more expensive kitchen tap before this one that i needed to replace within a year so opted for this tap. Its sleek and fits with my modern kitchen well. I have had 3 years of use from this tap and its still as perfect as the day I brought it, which given the amount used in a busy household would say is brilliant! Love it so much I'm buying another to fit into my new home.

This tap is great.

Looks fantastic in my kitchen and very useful for filling big pans, buckets etc as you can put large heavy pans on the drainer and just use the hose to fill the it up with ease. Very easy to use. Very happy with purchase.

Nice looking, too many problems

Looks nice and generally well functioning apart from 2 issues

The nozzle when held in place is too low. If there is anything in the sink it's too low to say fill a kettle without taking the nozzle out and holding it, so need 3 hands - kettle, nozzle and tap on/off.

The magnetic piece holding the nozzle in place is poor, too weak to hold the heavy metal nozzle/rubber hose resulting it in often dropping down. I've also had to glue the magnetic piece back on to the arm several times, next time it comes off sadly it's going back.

Shame as it's a nice tap.

This is a lovely tap and would have received 5 stars. However after a month of using the tap the hose flew off, where it was attached to the base of the tap, spraying very hot water everywhere.
I managed to reattach the hose but it was a fiddly job involving taking the other end of the pipe completely off.
Its now a lovely tap again but this really shouldn't happen.
