You can apply this anti slip decking stain from Cuprinol to , using a brush or roller, to colour and provide protection. It takes 2-6 hours to dry and will cover up to 8 m² per litre on average.

A good product
Does exactly what it says on the tin, the texture is definitely a better non slip finish

Ok but not as durable as expected
I restrained my decking with this 2 weeks ago and whilst the coverage is initially good, it has already started to show some wear in the places we walk regularly, even after 2 coats. It would cost an absolute fortune to do 3 coats so I will have to find an alternative next year.....

Excellent product
Good colour, easy to apply, finish looks good. Not sure about durability as it hasn’t been done long enough. Covers well.

The pigeons liked it… and the cat dined on it.
Bought it, used it, looked Ok and then a pigeon ( three actually) came and crapped on it… regularly. But justice came with four legs, a bushy tail and muggy ate two of them. Now my deck is cleaned again an a third coat applied (2 was enough except for the pigeons) and it looks good again. More importantly, the deck was a skating rink in wet weather! It was lethal! Now, it is non-slip which is what it says on the tin. Can’t remember what I paid for it but it was worth it.

Just want I wanted to cover my decking
Most other stain dont stain heat treated decking, this does and wont become patchy. Very good coverage however it will need at least 2 coats to really give the finish needed. Great colour as for durability, only time will tell but so far so good.

Being using this on a large deck for a few years. Works well and easy to apply with a soft brush.

Decking Restain
We’ve bought 3 tins of this to re-stain our decking, it was hard work getting the old paint off and this stain covered it really well. We did need at least two coats though but bear in mind we were covering old decking. We would recommend.
