Didn’t work
Rats never went in, so far as we know. Not even the small one. Not attractive enough.

Dead Rat instantly
Put this at the back of chicken run yesterday afternoon as rats were seen in coop. This morning found DEAD adult female rat near the pond in the duck run, no sign of traps being triggered so could only be the poison. Apparently they dehydrate & look for water which is probably why it was in duck run. Hopefully more rats will be killed that quick. Comes with 5 blocks included so just put all 5 in as we live next to farmers field so we get a lot of rats. Good Value in that sense if it works that quick & you can get 15 refill tub

Absolutely rubbish
Under no circumstance should you buy this product. The Rat will eat the poison in the plastic box (that’s all it is) leave and go and die in a house cavity etc from where it came. This is one of the worst products I’ve every seen. Can you give less than zero stars?

Useless; doesn't work.
Rats ate all the bait, day after day, including the extra 15 pack purchased. This is, without doubt, one of the worst products ever sold and not fit for any purpose unless you wish to feed rats and keep the rain of their heads....

Safe & effective!
Unfortunately needed this due to rats under our next door neighbours shed!! Set it up and left for 7 days as recommended. All the bait gone, so refilled and left again. No rats seen in the last 5 days. Like to fact it is lockable and unobtrusive!

Please don't bother with this product
Bought this directly from the store and it was the only choice. Its been a week and we can see the rat in our garden all around the box, but he shows no interest in the box or bait. After 5 days we added peanut butter to the bait and still nothing. This is not a pre-baited box, you have to open up the box and skewer the bait (which resembles plastic wrapped dishwasher tablet) yourself. Instructions are on the outer cardboard of the box, so make sure you retain. How is a plastic wrapped dishwasher tablet supposed to be enticing for a rat to eat?

Expensive and ineffective
I bought this item a month ago as the only immediate solution to what I can only describe a bad case of mice in the house. Placed it immediately and was walked around and away as we found no dead mice and the problem continued. I ordered the plug ins online and those worked in 2 weeks. Do not waste your money on thos.

No problem with the product, but the rats won't pl
We have rats attacking our hedgehog population so wanted a secure way to sort them out. This product looked like the answer. Very happy with the product ease of use etc, but the rats will not enter. We have not had so much as a nibble. Tried several different sites but to no avail.

Rat trap
Purchased due to rats living under the garden shed. Only 5 pieces of bait inside the box so had to go back and buy more. However, worked well and rats seem to have gone.
