Great heater
Bought this to save the faff of a real log burner and it's great. Flame effect is really nice ( don't need to refill with water all the time to get the effect). Flame only and 2 heat settings. Plug in and go. Love it.

Electric fan heater, fire.
Very pleased with this product. Fire looks realistic, and the fan heater warms the room very well.

Lovely little fire
I love this fire. Pros: looks beautiful. If I can't have a log burner, this i the next best thing. Flame effect is lovely and heat is good. Cons: heater is louder than I would like. The delivery took a long time as well. (Just over two weeks, and I had to chase.)

Electric stove fire
The design for us is flawless as it fits the aperture we have for it perfectly, the flame is absolutely realistic and we have that on alone without the bars mostly as it give a very warming ambience to the lounge. The heat itself is more than adequate though to be fair we don’t have it on that often on the top setting as we find the first setting adequate for our lounge. The material and size of it is very good as it definitely reflects what a stove fire shou;d and does look like…. Overall we have no problems recommending this fire .
