Good but issues
Bought this for a repointing job, and it is good but frustrating. It works and cuts fine, has a neat tuck away blade changing spanner, the weight is good, handle and guards come off easily if needed, and was a readable price. The negatives are that the battery 4amp hr runs out a little too quickly for my liking, meaning you MUST have more batteries test charged and then recharging through the day which is frustrating. I also found the dust easily worked its way into the battery location which not only caused the battery lock to be very challenging to work, I had to use a hammer to dislodge the battery to be charged (remember you have to do this quite often) and then brush out all the dust from bother the battery and tool connections. The manufacturers really need to look at improving this aspect- but it’s a middle range tool that I bought in a sale so I’m not complaining too much.
