Farrow & Ball Estate Emulsion paint is a classic choice for interior walls and ceilings – this tin covers up to 35m² per 2.5 litres on average. Treron is a sophisticated dark grey-green shade. A greener alternative to Farrow & Ball favourite Pigeon, it aptly takes its name from a green-breasted genus of the pigeon family. Try it as an accent to French Gray or lighter shades in the Farrow & Ball Traditional Neutrals group.

Great coverage
I decided to splurge on this paint after reading previous positive reviews and it didn’t disappoint- I painted over white trade paint and only needed 1 coat with the roller. Needed 2 coats for the edges. Love the colour too 🙂

Disappointed
I absolutely adored the colour of this paint so decided it was worth the cost. I expected it to be a dream to work with due to the price too, but that wasn’t the case. It went onto my ceiling and walls like glue, with awful coverage. Needed at least 2 coats everywhere, 3 and 4 in some places. It took 10 litres to finish my bedroom! Granted, I was colour drenching, so used it for walls, ceiling and woodwork, but still. Now it’s dry, I still love the colour but the slightest touch of a hand on the wall and it looks filthy. It also chips easily and I feel like I need to keep a tin of paint in the room to touch up every other day. I’ll never buy F&B paint again, even if I fall in love with the colour. The 2 starts are for the colour alone.

Excellent
This is the first time I've used F&B paint and I was really impressed. We used one tin for our large room as the colour pay off is so good (although it did still need a few coats). Love the colour too - it's very calming but cosy. My only complaint is my local B&Q stores had the tester for this colour, but not the full tins, so had to order online.

Fabulous paint.
First time using Farrow and ball paint and although it's a bit more expensive it is worth every penny. Beautiful finish, easy to apply and the finish is perfect.
