Flooring sealants

Floor sealants are the final step of laying a new floor as they seal any gaps between planks, edges, and joins. They aim to preserve and protect the longevity of the floor by creating a barrier for moisture leaking in. Flooring sealants can be purchased in a choice of colours and shades and choosing the closest match to the floor reduces the chance of it standing out. Sealing a floor is an easy job too, with most brands of floor sealant coming with an applicator nozzle attached. Any residue can be easily wiped away with a damp cloth, leaving you with a perfectly sealed floor.
