Sleek improvement
Installed these taps last week and they look feel and house lovely. As a non professional it would have been helpful for the instructions to mention the fibre washer at least if not included to sit under the pillar tap thread where connecting to brass fitting if not to include the washer. Anyhow corrected my newbie mistake and no leaks.

Nice looking tap
I bought this tap set but then realised it was too tall for the location and easily swapped it for another similar but less tall set of taps.

Squealing noise & pressure drop.
Cold tap emits a high pitched squeal when running. Also, severe loss of pressure compared to previous taps. Has a flow restrictor been introduced? Not impressed.

Look good
Only non mixer taps I could find. Bit of a loose fit, - wobbly, but turn on/off smoothly. Not as fast water flow as others in the house so slow to fill kettle etc.

Smooth and easy use
I bought these taps to replace my broken and previously stiff ordinary taps and can honestly say I wouldn’t buy any other sort. Smooth and easy movement.

Great product. Looks stylish. Easy to install.
Choice for non mixer taps is limited but I'm delighted with these pillar taps. They weren't expensive but they they look great.
