A very good product, easy to install. Found the step by step instruction very useful.

buyer beware
Bought this as have had one previously but had to return and exchange, the part of the toilet that the cistern sits on had the glaze angle ground away and therefore bare porcelain ( not be very hygienic ) I had to get three others looked at before a suitable undamaged one was found BUYER BEWARE and check before leaving with the goods The toilet has a very small pan and contents can need a couple of flushes otherwise a lovely looking toilet and quite heavy

New toilet
We bought this because the old one was broken. The flush is quiet, it’s comfortable and most importantly it works so the teen girl came home from her grandmas 😂

Great value
Glad I didn’t pay any attention to the negative reviews before buying this. So easy to fit and had it installed and working in less than 20 minutes, it really is that easy. The nonsense reviews about the ‘not doing no.2’s’ in it because of the pan size is just that, nonsense. We’ve been using the toilet for 4 days now and it’s perfectly placed for those no.2’s and we haven’t had to ‘wipe’ anything away after flushing. Great value for money, super easy fitting and good hygiene design with rimless pan. Slim design and looks good! Would hesitate to recommend this bit of sanitary ware.

Good Bit of Kit!
There was one of these in the house when we moved in and I was impressed by how well it seemed to work. So, when I decided to replace a 'concealed cistern' toilet which was playing up with standard close-coupled, I thought I'd go for another one the same. Found the make/model stocked at B&Q and ordered from our local store using 'click and collect'. Fitted snugly into the boot of my old Micra - on unpacking it all looked quite straightforward, especially as the cistern fill / flush mechs come pre-installed. I therefore decided to start the job and see how far I could get on my own, and as luck would have it I managed to get it in and working without professional help. Powerful flush with simple operation and crisp cut-off on the fill. Just sit well back on the seat to use!
