Poor quality for an expensive item.
Had a fault at the front of the toilet seat..took it back & same fault with the replacement. Might be a manufacturing fault but should have been found by a quality control check. Wouldnt recommend this product.

Skin deep beauty
I was attracted to this product because of the look of the bamboo. The top layer of bamboo does look OK but the laminations let it down. Also the hinges are not well engineered and the seat wobbles. This wasn't the most expensive seat but I expect better quality for what I paid.

Great value
I bought this last month to replace a plastic seat. It was easy to fit with sturdy fixings and looks so much better and the soft closing is a plus.

Good replacement toilet seat
Easy to fit. Nice quality finish. Soft closure works well.

Excellent Solid Toilet Seat.
Can't comment on how it will last, but was easy to install and seems nice and solid. It was definitely easier to fit than it was to remove the old seat and comes with a very handy key to tighten the nuts to the base. One thing to note is that the plastic parts that fit in the holes at the back of the pan were too big and had to be adjusted, but done easy enough with a craft knife; if you overdo it just wrap some plumbers tape round it to make sure it's not lose. The universal fit worked well with a bit of fiddling. Overall very happy with the product, bit pricy, but then I've not had to replace a toilet seat in many years and this seems to be how much they cost now.

So far so good
Needed new toilet seats but wanted natural product that you didn't ned a bank loan for. So far so good but only been on for approximately 4 days. We'll see how long they last in a busy household. Hinges will be the main part to watch

Good for price.
Looks good. Instructions seemed very complicated but fortunately it fitted existing toilet without adjusting. Quality of brackets seem a bit dubious - are they stainless steel? Time will tell.
