DON'T
On the face of it this looks like a good idea. The one big problem you will have is if you ever want to take it up again. In effect it uses a rawlplug system to hammer in to the 50mm holes you have to drill. Once you hammer it down there is NO WAY you are going to lift it again without destroying it and your floor. Go for the old fashioned screw down tread everytime.
