These instructions are for your safety. Please read through them thoroughly prior to installation and retain them for future reference. All fittings must be installed by a competent person in accordance with local regulations (IET wiring regulation BS7671).
Check the pack and make sure you have all of the parts listed. Remove all packaging, wrap etc from the product. Decide on the appropriate location for your product. This product is suitable for indoor use only and not for areas constantly subject to moisture such as bathroom.
Always refer to the installation drawing for the orientation of the product. The product must be securely fixed to the mounting surface using the screws and wall plugs supplied. The screws and wall plugs supplied are suitable for “masonry” only. Other fixings not supplied and must be purchased. Take care not to drill into any pipes or mains cables beneath the surface during mounting holes preparation.
IMPORTANT: The fixing point(s) selected must be capable of supporting the full weight of the light fitting.
Wiring diagram is for reference only. Always refer to the terminal marking for wiring. Ensure that all electrical connections are tight and that no loose strands are left out of the terminal block.
Never put anything on the product or hang anything on any part of this product. Never use the terminal cables to bear the product weight.
When the product does not light after installation: > Ensure there is no electricity failure > Ensure all the connections are secured
If you have any doubt about installation/use of this product, consult a qualified electrician.
Always disconnect the product from mains at least 10 minutes allowing to cool down before any maintenance or adjustment.
It is recommended to have a regular schedule of care and maintenance to keep the surface condition well.

Pendant Lights.
Gave us just the look that we wanted above our dining table. Assembling the shades wasn’t easy & is definitely a two person job.

Beautiful, difficult to install
Absolutely beautiful light, however it is quite hard to install, if you aren’t careful the glass will smash

Beautiful light
This ceiling pendant is exactly what I was looking for to go above my dining room table. It is absolutely stunning and eye catching. The pendant lights hang at just the right height, the chrome effect is so modern and sophisticated and the white lights brighten up the room perfectly. It was easy to fix to the ceiling, great quality and sturdy.

Stunning
Really stunning light. A lot bigger than expected but fab. It’s waiting to be placed over my dining table in the kitchen but we’ve unboxed and put together so we could see how it all looked. Really impressed and can’t wait ti finish my decorating so we can get it up

Brilliant
I got this to put over my dining table and have been very impressed. It was really easy to install which was a massive plus. Most importantly it looks fantastic and very high end which is just the look I was going for.

Good lights
I received this as a free sample. I have now fitted it in my kitchen and I have to say that it is rather good. It was very simple to fit and the quality is so much better than expected. Definitely recommend

Beaten up box
Box arrived damaged and with puncture holes but luckily light inside has survived. I haven’t got round to putting the light up yet so I can’t comment. The original idea of putting it above the dining table has failed me as I won’t be able to see the tv through the light. The glass tubes are very delicate to be very careful getting it out the box. It looks beautiful and well made though.

a good product
a very good and very beautiful product. the material is of good quality and resistance. once installed, it makes the space it is in look much nicer. I am very satisfied with this product, I have already received many compliments about this product when friends come to visit me
