Damaged goods.Tickets &IT.
Received a Hamilton Coffee Set, damaged, sent back. Requested another, replacement came. Damaged again. Had lots of difficulties trying to get reimbursed, sent to numerous operators on the phone all talking about "tickets and IT". Sorry B&Q you need to get a grip of your systems. I'm not in the habit of giving someone money and not receiving the goods I requested.

So good we bought more!!!
This is the best garden furniture we’ve had for years, great quality and so comfortable. It was the star of the show at a recent family gathering- love the colour and have just bought 2 extra chairs too. We were lucky to have bought at sale prices.
