Features and benefits
Our toilets help make day to day life that little bit easier. The rimless design and quick release toilet seat makes it so much easier to clean. And there’s the soft close toilet seat to close gently and quietly every time. They’re little things, but make all the difference.
- Toilet seat closes slowly and quietly so it does not slam on the way down
- Save water and money with our dual flush toilet packs. Choose between a 6-litre large flush or a more eco-friendly 3-litre small flush

Looks OK, toilet seat is very small, constant hissing from the fill valve, and a constant trickle down the over flow pipe even though its not full, plastic components are very brittle, snapped the hole plug when tightening, better toilets on the market!

What do you expect for this price? How about a toilet that doesn't leak. This one leaks at the connection between the cistern and the bowl. Not impressed.
Toilet is good seat is awfull

We paid extra for this toilet to get the soft close seat, which we will be changing immediately. It’s very narrow, uncomfortable and very flimsy. Should have bought the cheaper toilet with standard seat then bought a better seat after. Toilet itself is good though.
Nothing wrong with porcellian

The toilet appears to be good quality for the price. No blemishes. Flushes well. However, you don't get quality components for this sort of money. When fitting, recommend upgrading the internal parts to save having to replace in 6 months. All the seals are foam and will need silicone or Someone's Mate. The seat is plastic, but was easy to fit and sturdy. You might wish to upgrade.
I always try & keep my expectations in line with the price I pay.
OK - instructions are 99% accurate...but that 1%

It is a small toilet, exactly what I wanted for a small cloakroom.
However, the instructions on page 15, section 04: shows part numbers 26, 27 and 16 assembled incorrectly. They are supposed to plug the hole left by the un-used inlet in the bottom right of the cistern. If you do exactly opposite what it shows and have part no.26 on top (inside the cistern), with 27 and then 16 screwed upwards from underneath, it'll work.
A bead of sealant and some PTFE helps too.
