Before changing the fitting switch off main shutoff valve
Before installation, water should be rinse through the pipe to remove any residue. Damage on the product can be avoided.

Great product
Great product - Light weight, tap smooth operation, smooth spout movement, spout hose easy pull, retract place back for use. Installed self with some previous plumbing knowledge. Cleaning product by Grohe can be purchased to keep clean shiny.

Pricey but hopefuly worth it.
The product has been in use just for couple of days but looks sturdy and well made. Was also easy to install compared to other similar products that we bought in the past.

Disappointed
Lovely tap but plastic fittings to secure to counter/sink which wouldn’t hold tight so plumber had to glue and screw to hold! He went to several plumbing shops to see if he could get a metal equivalent fitting but couldn’t get one what would work with this

Great design.
I bought this as a replacement tap. Easy to install, however what took time was removing pipes and old tap to get access to install the new tap. The pull out spout does not always pull back in. And very difficult to attach the counter weight. Very strong hands needed

Terrible instructions, decent tap
The instructions are picture based with no text which is very unhelpful given it's a completely custom system. There's a diagram illustrating different fitting methods based on countertop thickness as far as I can tell, but neither of the options presented worked for me so I ended up using a single black washer without the white attachment which did work. Getting the flexi tap through the the top of tap also isn't obvious, but it turns out you just have to be fairly forceful with it. The video instructions are comically unhelpful too. Eventually I got the thing installed properly but they're custom system made it take much longer than it should have done.
