Excellent Finish and Great Protection for Metal
I was very pleased with the Hammerite Black Satin Metal Paint. I'm currently using it as part of my van conversion project to tidy up the steel frame for the chair legs, and it's been an excellent choice. It goes on smoothly and provides great coverage, making it easy to achieve an even finish without needing lots of coats. The consistency is just right, giving enough working time to apply it neatly while still drying at a good pace. Once dry, it leaves a smart satin finish that looks clean and modern—not too glossy, but with just the right amount of sheen to make the metal look refreshed and professionally finished. One of the reasons I chose this paint is that it's ideal for protecting the steel frame against corrosion, which is especially important in a van conversion where metal can be exposed to changing temperatures and moisture. Hammering metal paint
I followed the directions on the tin, rubbed off the surface rust, banged this on. Job done. It's now protected and looks really smart

Satin Black Hammerite paint.
Fantastic product. Used to go over black railings, part of our driveway brick wall. Old paint had faded and started to flake & rust. Removed the flakey paint and went over with the paint. Week later it looks amazing. Railings look like new with lots of nice compliments from neighbours. Black finish is lovely and given thr railings a new lease of life
