Not durable
We bought hisense washer dryer, exactly 2 years ago and it started making a loud noise about 5 months ago, when we checked the heat pump has failed and the bearing has failed which was the reason for the loud noise. We will never buy any product related to this brand at all. Really disappointed.

Hate this :(
I bought this washer and dryer and am so incredibly disappointed. The time it takes to do a wash and dry load is over 11 hours. Who on this earth wants their machine on for that many hours a day on one load! I’ve tried the other settings and each time the clothes are not coming out fully dry. It’s also ruined a t shirt with burns on one half an hour hanging dry setting. safe to say I really don’t like this machine which is annoying as I only bought it for the dryer function.

Okay Product
I bought this product in August and I am disappointed with the product. Firstly, except the quick wash, most other washes take at least 2 hours which significantly reduces the amount of washing you can do in a day. Secondly, the wash and dry function is 11 hours long - that's one wash load a day! Thirdly, the cotton dry function. I put on towel in the dryer, and after an hour it was slightly wet (despite synthetic being on 1400 and setting it on spin after at 1400), so another 30 mins and still wet despite me shaking the towel after every stint - 1 towel = 2 hours, not great for the electricity bills!!! I wish I could set the drying functions to cupboard, iron etc and not have the time setting tell me that. I also wish the child lock function could be turned off on the dryer, just so you can check on items. The only positive is that the washing machine and dryer function are so quiet you forgot you have set it off!

NOT DRYING THOROUGLY
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ONLY GOT THIS WASHER DRYER TODAY AND IVE HAR ONE CYCLE ON THE WHOLE DAY BECAUSE IT WAS A 3HR DRYING CYCLE AND IT WAS JUST STEAM PUT ON FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUT AMLND IT WAS STILL DAMP. GONNA HAVE TO EXCHANGE. NOT IMPRESSED

Great item. Very happy
After reading several reviews, some good some not so good, I made a decision to buy this washer dryer. Looks great. I am very happy with the results. There is some washes that are quicker and not so long as the other reviews state. Using the tumble dryer I was very happy with the result. It actually did not take that long to dry the clothes after 1 1/2 hours. Everything came out dry so it could’ve been on a quicker dry and a clothes still would’ve been dry. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and I will be purchasing future Hisense goods.

great Product
I bought this product as i was restricted by space. It washes and dries realy well and only uses KWh equaling 56 pence per wash. Fantastic.

Loads of programmes
Happy with performance once I figured out how to use programmes! At aged 76 not good with digital. Very noisy when ending a spin.
