Johnstone’s Trade Acrylic Durable Eggshell is a high-performance, low VOC mid-sheen paint that delivers a tough, stain-resistant finish. Formulated to meet Class 1 ISO 11998 standards for scrub resistance, it offers a quick-drying, low-odour solution that stands up to condensation and frequent cleaning. Ideal for high-traffic spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, hospitals, schools, food preparation areas, and public buildings. Its mould-resistant properties also make this paint a reliable choice for damp or humid conditions.

- Suitable for use on Block, brick, cement, concrete, metal, plaster & wood surfaces
- Surface Preparation - All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry and free from loose and flaking material. Rub down previously painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
- Instructions for Use - Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Stir well. Simple application with brush or roller. Also suitable for application by spray. Do not breathe spray. Wear respiratory protection. Seal absorbent surfaces with a coat of Johnstone’s Trade Perfect Matt thinned up to 5-10% with clean water. If more than one of a colour is to be used in the same area, intermix before use. Do not apply in temperatures below 8°C Airless spray application: undiluted, spray @ 2000-2500 PSI with 0.013"-0.017" tip.

Nice
Easy to work with it. Dries in a reasonable time. It is a nice colour but you need 2 coats. If you have kids I would recommend this washable paint, easy to clean

Great
I’m very happy with this acrylic durable eggshell paint in Brilliant White. The finish is smooth and modern,not too shiny ,and its covers really well in just two coast.it dries quickly and has a very little smell,whic made it easy to use indoors. Once dry,its feel strong and easy to clean ,perfect for busy rooms like kithcen thats got dirty easily so with this paint you can just wipe it. Highly recommended.

Easy to wash, very useful with kids
Easy to apply and quick to dry. Doesn’t split around and easy to remove. Also almost doesn’t smell. Leaving nice satin finish with good covering.

Johnstone’s acrylic durable eggshell
Amazing product. The texture is very easy to use and does not drip. Texture is rather thick. This coverage is wonderful covers very good and easy to apply. Cleaning up works well easy to clean any spills. Final colour brilliant white looks clean and fresh.

just what i needed. Really good paint and went on the areas and doors well. Did 2 coats on everything and hoping it doesn’t yellow like some paints do

Had no smell and dried super quick
Used this to paint my doors. It went on perfectly with no imperfections, it dryer super quick and there was hardly any smell. I only use a little and it covered my whole door. Will definitely use again

Great reliable product.
Great coverage, nice crisp white colour. Used previously in other rooms. Appears to clean alot easier from rollers once finished making the tidying up alot quicker.

Durable paint that is easy to apply
I used this paid as a base for a child's bedroom as I wanted something very durable! It was easy to apply and looked great after two coats. It has a subtle egg shell finish that hides imperfections on the wall. We actually used it as a base for other acrylic paints to decorate the room and they went on too easily. Its been a few weeks and the paint has held up really well for a child's bedroom, so really does seem durable.

A nice paint to use
Decent paint providing good coverage, nice consistency making it easy to apply as well. Dries nicely not leaving any drips on the walls. A good product to use
