Johnstone’s Trade StainAway is a high performance stain blocking paint that delivers a smooth finish while permanently isolating even the toughest stains. Powered by Stain Blocking Technology®, it effectively covers smoke damage, nicotine marks, and water stains, helping to restore damaged walls and ceilings with ease. Suitable for all interior surfaces, including bare or previously painted plaster, concrete, ceiling tiles and wallcoverings. StainAway offers efficient coverage of up to 9m² per litre, is touch dry in one hour, and can be recoated in four.

• Surface Preparation - All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry and free from loose and flaking material. Rub down previously painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly. Where water damage has occurred ensure the leak is fixed and the area is dry before painting. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
