Compact
I have only used this machine once, but so far im really pleased. The suction is excellent, the carpet is hardly wet when i finished. The machine itself is simple to use. You don't have to have the suction on at the same time as the sprayer which is a bonus. All the tubes are hidden so they don't get in the way. Easy to fill the tank and to clean. Overall im impressed.

In general happy
In general happy with the product but the filter it comes with gets wet then makes the fire alarms go off. Also once thats wet water starts blowing out the lid. Actually results of cleaning was good and selection of tools good. Just that 1 little issue that have since looked up online and others have similar issue.

Loved it
Really great carpet cleaner! Easy to set up, doesn’t leave the carpets soaked, great for corners and under radiators too!

Good value for money
We bought it a month ago and we are super happy! Both wet and dry and cleaning are superb! Very powerful too.

Disappointed
Did what it said on the box. For a short time. then the trigger broke, ???? Not what I expect from "Karcher" So I got another one That at this time seems to be OK

Car cleaning
Bought this product recently to deal with a serious mould issue in my vehicle. It has safely extracted all carpets and seating back to near original quality. It left fabric dry to the touch, just needed to air out / leave in warm room to finish drying.

I love this product! My carpet washed up amazing! The machine was great at cleaning my sofa also - its only a year old and i was shocked at how effective the cleaner was at pulling the dirt out!

Good but big and bulky
I was sent this Karcher carpet cleaner to test in return for an honest review. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy I found it to put together as there was a handy booklet of instructions that came with the machine. My first impression was that it was really quite heavy and bulky. There are various attachments that come with the machine that can be stored inside and the pole comes apart so that can also be stored more easily. It is still a large machine so requires a bit of storage space. This could be used as a vacuum without the need to use it to clean but I didn't find it as good as my other one so therefore would need space for the two separate items. I found it easy to fill up and to turn it on once I was ready to go. I will however say this is a loud machine! If you're the type of person who wants to be up early doing chores or doing them once children are in bed you're probably best saving this job for in the daytime. I tested this on both hard flooring and carpet. I felt it worked better on the carpet but with a bit of tough scrubbing also lifted dirt on the hard floor. The floor was also left a bit more saturated on the hard surface but that might have been me being overly keen with the water trigger! Overall this is a good product that left my carpet nice and clean and I would be happy to recommend it to others, you might just need a hand if doing stair carpets due to the weight of it.

Professional cleaning solution for the non-profess
Really good cleaning equipment. Almost on a professional scale. It cleaned my carpet nicely and worked fine as a vacuum cleaner as well. It’s quite loud so you may want to brace yourself. The cleaning chamber also needs emptying frequently to stop the dirty water from coming back out. The cleaning solution has a really good scent so I’d be looking to get some more. It is quite bulky so if you’re low on space, this may be a tough one for you. Overall, good product. Not sure about the price point though as the niggles I have might turn me off paying full price for it.
