Awful - Surface scratches very easily
The glazing on these tiles is worse than standard clay quarry tiles. Not only does it chip and flake when cutting (with a sharp diamond blade saw). Once laid, it was then scratched by the grout (B&Q Purchased https://www.diy.com/departments/mapei-flexible-black-grout-2-5kg/38147_BQ.prd)... I am now left with scuffed and dull patches on what should be a hard-wearing high gloss surface.... If it was not stuck down I would send it back.... these really are not fit for purpose. I seriously doubt they will last long when in use.

The tiles look lovely now they are laid, but they just looked like they had been left outside for years and some were damaged

Excellent
I have had these tiles in a porch and a bathroom for almost 5 years. They still look as good now as when first laid. When I move house, I will definitely be buying them again

Great quality for Money
I needed these tiles to match tiles I already purchased over 10 yrs ago. B & Q were the only store I was able to purchase them at a reasonable price and reasonable delivery cost. The tiles arrive on the day promised and the 2 delivery men were very pleasant and asked where I wanted the tiles left. I have purchased large items from B & Q in the past and have never had any problems so I would certainly recommend.
