Best Value Superfood Available
One of the best value seeds you can buy. Cavolo Nero is packed with vitamins, fibre and, most importantly, flavour. At the greengrocer, Cavolo Nero is ferociously expensive. In the garden, the leaves do not look out of place in your herbaceous border. My late father's favourite vegetable. He would be amused to see Kale championed in every health food restaurant as a Superfood. Easy to germinate and hugely satisfying to harvest and taste. Cavolo Nero Kale has a marvellously robust texture that is a joy to cook.
