I've used these plugs since getting my first home 8 years ago. Always worked amazingly. The best feature is the rim, which stops them going too deep into the hole. They start to expand immediately, unlike most which don't grip at all for the first few millimetres. I recommend using a drill bit size 0.5mm smaller, in case the hole becomes enlarged by the drill wandering off. If they are too tight you can then re-drill in the correct size, and they will fit snug.

Too short.

Why are these so short. A good brown plug is a lot longer.

Fine, but why 7mm

This requires a 7mm masonry drill bit. Why do the drill sets supplied by B&Q not include one of that size??

A rawlplug is a rawlplug really. At least with such a large pack for a low price I don't mind when they break or crumple in the wall _ lots more to go at!
