Introducing the Instafit thermal PIR insulation board with a low emissivity multilayer coated aluminium facing, perfect for insulating walls, lofts, floors and pitched roofs. This insulation board is made of polyurethane and has a thickness of 25mm, with dimensions of 2400mm x 1200mm, providing coverage of 2.88m². It has an impressive Euroclass fire performance rating of F and meets the EN13165:2012 +A2:2016 standard.

Safety Information
In case of inhalation of large amounts of dust: move to open air and seek medical assistance if breathing becomes difficult
In case of injestion of the dust: drink large amounts of water and rinse the mouth thoroughly and seek medical assistance should any other symptom occur.
In case of contact of dust with the eyes: rinse the eye(s) thoroughly with clean water (for approximately 10 minutes) and seek medical assistance if symptoms persist.
In case of cuts: clean and disinfect the wound. If necessary, apply a bandage and seek medical assistance should any other symptom occur.
In case of a fire: decomposition products may be generated, such as soot, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, gaseous hydrocarbons, products containing nitrogen and, under certain conditions of combustion, hydrocyanic acid HCN. Firefighters are advised to wear self-contained breathing apparatus.
DO not breath in products of combusiton
Advised extinguishing media: water, foam, CO2 or dry powder.
It is recommended to wear gloves when handling the insulation boards.
Do not expose the product to flame for a long time and keep it away from any heat sources.

Great product
Bought this for a damp-prone wall as a thermal barrier and I’m really impressed so far. The board was in perfect condition in store, which matters as these can be easily damaged if handled badly. Price was very fair, and the product itself feels high quality with a strong spec. It was also straightforward to cut and fit. Too early to comment on long-term performance yet, but given the strong reviews and first impressions, I’ve every confidence it’ll do the job well. No instructions, but easy to find best fitting methods etc. online (fitting tight between batons for me).

Great insulation
I got this for my log cabin and is perfect thickness, easy to cut to shape and light to fit I have noticed the logcabin when hot keeps cool, and when cooler stays warm, I would recommend

Slow on Avios points
I bought the insulation board for a ceiling and fitted well. It was delivered on time but the problem is i ordered it through Avios points to get air miles and still waiting for them, i wish they would be as quick to deliver them as they were with the materials

Fantastic product to insulate loft roof space
I brought this product to insulate between the roof rafters in my loft, it's a fantastic material and very easy to work with. It is now keeping the space warmer in winter and also providing protection to my stored items. I went for the 25mm thickness as my rafters are 50mm and I wanted to keep a ventilation gap. It is easy to cut with a large saw and wedge in place. I opted to secure in place with metal brackets at the bottom and facing plates to keep in place. Home delivery worked well and my items arrived on time and undamaged. Would highly recommend.

Useful product. The floor boards were easy to install, paint was good value for money. 3 for 2.
