Expensive paint

I bought this paint for its looks and weatherproofing.

Sandgirls - 5 / 5 - 24/05/2025

Amazing

I bought this about a wk ago… The mould on the walls was horrendous, but typical council won’t come nothing to do with it so I wiped it all down Then covered Cover it With this mould protecting paint it’s amazing really is one coat gone? Can’t see anything obviously I’m gonna give you a second coat just because I’ve got OCD but definitely recommended.

Cheaper elsewhere

This is overpriced. Whilst it looks good and covers well, it doesn’t cover as much as it per ports to. I used it on a fence but because the wood was bare it only covered 1/4 of the area. The tin should have recommended a primer for these conditions, especially since I found the same product for half the price with next day delivery, which was a better timeframe than B & Q

Very disappointed

As per previous review. The paint goes on very unevenly, making my painting skills look like a bother. I have used this paint before so am quite shocked at the poor quality. I think as per previous reviewer it may be a dodgy batch, but won't waste money buying it again. Also very glossy for satinwood.

By far the worst paint I ever used

The results are so abysmal that it's a good job it's quick drying - I will wait for it to dry then sand off and get a decent paint. Its application is a a very thin watery paint that obviously will require more than 2 coats it states to create any uniform coat over any contrasting colour. At the same time - you will never achieve uniform coat. Thick brush strokes remain and don't settle down as its drys too fast. Blotchy and patchy uneven finish over the whole door. As neighbour remarked just now it looks like a cheap uneven undercoat has been applied - not a top coat supposedly from a quality supplier. Possibly I have some sort of contaminated batch here - but I review what I see. And that is just awful awful awful.
