Knot-free!
Spruce is pleasantly free of knots, and as such this timber is straight-grained and less prone to warp than say Douglas fir or pine. Does the job well.

Used for backing of a bath panel.
It was used for an out of site job, backing to a bath panel, so no need for a smooth finish. Did what was required, so cannot say much more.
