Clad with elegant fine sawn cladding and finished with smooth planed legs and mitred corner top surround. A slatted base and permeable material liner prevent plants becoming waterlogged, whilst the timber constructed is pressure treated for long life protection against the elements.

Lovely planters - be aware they come flat packed!
These planters are sturdy, relatively easy to assemble and look great planted up (especially once the wood weathers a bit). That said, be aware that these come flat packed, not assembled, and require a drill in order to put them together. Would be great if this information was in the product listing, rather than a surprise upon delivery!

Flat packed suprise..not in a good way...
We researched for ages and settled on this. It's flat packed. We didn't realise this and looked back at the page and couldn't find this written anywhere! Really surprised and disappointed. Having used a borrowed impact driver, it built up pretty quickly. Without this, it would have been frustrating and painful to put together. So, basically, it's good but DIY and expensive on that basis.

Rowlinson 159cm wooden planter
I bought this two weeks ago. Delivery was great, quality was as good as described, am considering buying a second one. Would definitely recommend.
