- Get smart in your kitchen. AI Home(1) with a 9" LCD Touchscreen Display is an intuitive control centre. You can manage smart devices(2) and access multiple Apps. It activates with your touch and provides personalised information. And you can speak commands and ask for information using Bixby(3). 1. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required to access AI Home, our network-based service, including apps, and other smart features available through your refrigerator. 2. Appliances must be connected to the range via the SmartThings App and using the same Samsung account. 3. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required. You must use the same log-in account on each of the devices.

Bespoke AI Side-By-Side Refrigerator Family Hub...
I have owned this fridge for less than a year and, unfortunately, the bottom section of the fridge door has started peeling away. This is actually a replacement door, as the original door was damaged during delivery and had to be replaced by Samsung in December. After only nine months of normal household use, the replacement door has started to peel despite the appliance being well cared for and showing no signs of misuse, neglect, or accidental damage. I contacted Samsung to report what appears to be a manufacturing or material defect. Unfortunately, I was advised that they could not assist because of their "physical damage policy". I find this very disappointing, as the issue developed on its own and was not caused by anything I have done. when a visible defect develops on a replacement part within such a short period, I would expect a company of Samsung's reputation to stand behind its products.

Je mets 3 étoiles seulement car je trouve que le produit fonctionne longtemps et qu il est quand même bruyant (ventilateur bruit aiguë et glougloutement Sinon il est parfait plus profond que mon ancien qui etait déjà un samsung
