They won’t fire up. You need to use a lot of fire accelerant and even though they don’t work. Waste of money.

Do not buy don’t light up
At all very disappointing..... going to take it back to B&Q for full refund.... highly not recommended to buy this product waste of money .

Bought 3 of these to try instead of logs or traditional coal on our multifuel stove very disappointed says more heat than coal as we have used both it's not and compared to logs very poor
