Steel hinges for installation of an indoor door

Steel, durable, easy to apply to door frame and door. Hopefully not corrode as steel

Why do B & Q continue to use soft screws?

Rubbish screws, heads round out. Hinges ok but have play even before use.

Disappointed

Very poor quality, stainless steel looks cheap and not very good

Door hinges

I had recently purchased a set of new internal doors, these were both solid oak and oak with glass in them. These hinges are not fit for the weight of doors that I had purchased. The hinges had play in them before they were placed onto the door, and the screw provided were of soft metal and the heads mangled whilst screwing them in

Poor quality screws

Hinges okay, but screws terrible. Lost their thread immediately. Before I had adjusted the door the thread had completely gone. Had to drill them out in the end, which destroyed the hinges. Complete waste of money.

Not great

Hinges are fine. Screws are cheap and soft so threaded almost immediately
