Does what it is designed for
I wanted a heavy duty stanley knife that would last the test of time, and to has the ability to cut through tough things without falling apart. This one definitely delivered. I also love the fact that the handle bar is used as storage, which means that the extra blades are kept securely and safely. Putting the blade in was super easy and I got 4 extra blades in storage. I am a woman in the my early 50s who knows nothing about DIY.

Easy to use
Bought this last month to take up carpets in a rental property. As my hands suffer with arthritis and have trouble gripping small handles this was great as it was easy to grip and use without pain.

Great price and free blades included!!
Very durable DIY knife for cutting things like tiles and carpets when fitting them in a room. The 5 blades offered for use with the knife are tucked into the back of the knife for safety reasons and have to be unscrewed to access them. Be warned, the blades are very sharpe and so pierce through tiles and carpets like butter. The ability to retract the blade after use is a welcome plus. I recommend this blade for all DIY enthusiasts as the price is perfect for such a robust retractable knife.
