Brilliant Product To Enhance And Protect Patios
Brilliant product to enhance and protect the dark grey paving I have laid - not only does it protect the surface of the paving and water just beads or runs off, as does any accumulated dirt, but it also helps prevent mould and any that does appear is easily washed off An added bonus is that it gives the grey paving a permanent dark slate appearance which I much prefer There are numerous comments on reviews about water stains and white markings but i can confirm these are as a result of applying before the surface is completely dry or when it gets wet before completely dry, as I encountered this the first year I used it - it was easily rectified the second year when reapplying and it does state on the instructions to avoid this scenario The other issue mentioned is bubbling, this seems to occur when too much product is used and especially when applying when the surface has been subject to direct sunlight, I find application early in the day avoids this problem too

One Coat does what it says on the tin
After jet washing the patio slabs, this stuff seals the slab surface and helps to stop dirt settling
