V33 Renovation Cupboard & Worktop paint has been specially developed to renovate high use surfaces. Thanks to a complex combination of exclusive polymers, the paint is extremely durable and resistant to culinary and domestic stains. It allows regular and easy cleaning without altering the colour and finish of the paint.
- For use on Cabinet & cupboards
- Surface Preparation - Preparation of the surface is essential. Wash the surface with a soda-based or sugar soap (alkaline) cleaner. On laminate and varnished or painted wood in good condition: wash, rinse and allow to dry. Sand (240 grit) and remove dust. On oak and bare chestnut: apply a suitable undercoat to block the tannins. On bare tiled floor: wash, including grouting, rinse and allow to dry. On tiled floor already painted in good condition: wash, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. Sand (240 grit) and remove dust. On tiled floor already painted or partially worn: Sand with sandpaper (60 then 120 grit) to return to the original surface. Remove dust, wash, rinse and allow to dry.
- Instructions for Use - Apply the paint at room temperature between 12 and 25°C and avoid draughts. 1. Stir the paint with a stirrer or wide stick, working around the bottom of the tin to mix it well. 2. Start by painting the angles, moldings and joints of the surface. Work on small surfaces. Apply from one end to the other. Follow with successive cross strokes. Do not start 2nd coat while it's still drying. Leave to dry for 6h (do not exceed 12h) and apply a 2nd coat in the same way. On horizontal surfaces (worktop for instance), the paint has to be covered with the Renovation Worktop Protection.

Great stuff
Bought this to freshen up my kitchen cupboards and has done an excellent job,easy to apply, I used a foam roller and it covered really well,very pleased with the paint

Easy to apply and dries to a consistent finish.
We were looking to change the colour of our vinyl-covered kitchen cupboards and chose this paint in soft grey. After stripping the vinyl (which took around 25 minutes from the dozen cupboards and several drawers as it pretty much lifted off), I gave the remaining MDF a light rub down with a sanding block to remove any residue of glue and dusted them down. The paint lid is in two parts - one is the black cover which reveals a transparent plastic tray ideal for tipping the paint into when using a roller - although I just dipped my roller into the paint. The paint needs a really good stir to blend in the products before starting. The paint itself is a creamy texture and is easily applied using a brush or roller and appears to be near white in colour although this dried over a couple of hours to our chosen colour. The recommendation is to apply a second coat between 6 - 12 hours after the first coat. No reason is given but to achieve this I painted our kitchen in sections, starting early morning with the first coat and applying the second in the late afternoon. We are delighted with the finish - nothing needed a third coat.

Kitchen Cupboard paint
Great colour just what i wanted nice smooth finish on the cupboards used with roller but my draws a bit rough finish due to brush try stick with the roller doesn't look rough to feels compare to my cupboard cupboards did need 3 coats but there was like a pine colour before good no primer needed just straight on cupboards

Amazing stuff
I bought this to cover the worktops in my bathroom, it looks fantastic, great coverage and easy to apply. I love it so much I'm doing the kitchen next.

Love this paint
This paint is so smooth to both brush or roll on. A lovely even satin finish. I painted over various surfaces and the adhesion was very good. A little paint goes a long way.

Good, versatile product
I found this product really helpful. We do not have a glorious, posh kitchen (too poor; also wouldn't really want one) But we like to keep the kitchen we have looking as good as possible, using good-quality for-the-purpose paints. This paint is super-versatile, applied well and smoothly, covered well and transformed a grundgy peeling work surface. The colour is nice, too (a soft dove grey).

Recently moved into a new property The kitchen units although oak and in good condition were very dark and imposing After cleaning with sugar soap paint was easy to apply and required 2 coats to ensure correct coverage - excellent result
