Needs good preparations specifically for any rusty spots on the radiator then dry and paint, two coats needed but don’t forget to switch the heating off for at least 6-8 hours

Good Finish But Takes Time

Preparation is the key with this product. I had a bathroom radiator with rusty spots. Firstly I rubbed down the rusty spots with wet and dry paper, I then applied this product (3 coats) to just the bare metal patches to even out the colour. Left it for a couple of days, then very lightly rubbed down the patches. Finally I gave the whole radiator two coats 6 hours apart. The result was a very fresh looking white radiator.

Great, but follow the directions!

With 20+ years decorating experience, I have found this to be one of the best products for coating metal surfaces. Two thin coats is better than one thick coat (which will make drips!). Follow the recommended drying time between coats. This is very important for adhesion and long-term durability. Highly recommended.

Awful product

Think, watery - doesn’t hold. Almost impossible to apply. So bad!
