Slight flaw
This product is much better than the previous mops that I have purchased but has one slight flaw. Some of the strings get caught on the fixings and do not get wrung out.

Design review
This is a great mop. I’ve had a few that usually fail at the connection with the mop and stick. Maybe more durable rust protection in this area is needed in the design.

Disappointing....
I've bought several of these mops as they're easy to use and I can bleech and clean the cotton mop head as needed but unfortunately the design of the mop pole and plastic attachment to the mop head does not last long as the plastic attachment on the pole cracks and breaks off and the metal pole part that is submerged into the bucket always rusts eventhough I always rinse out the mop and leave it to dry out, never leaving it in water. Once this plastic part that clicks on to the mop head is broken, you have to throw the mop away. This is definitely a design fault that should be corrected but unfortunately it's impossible to contact Vileda by phone as they don't pick up.or answer any voice messages, neither do they respond to emails. On the whole, very disappointing.
