1. The Leisure Cashback 2023 Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of a Cashback of up to the value of £250 / €250 (the “Cashback”) to purchasers on purchases of select Leisure Range Cooker appliances. Claims are valid for purchases made between 00.01 (local time) on 12th October 2023 to 23.59 (local time) 3rd January 2024 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim no sooner than 30 days and no later than 60 days after the date of purchase with the day after your purchase date counting as day 1.

2. No other offers can be claimed in conjunction with this Leisure Cashback 2023 Promotion.

5. Cashback values are not transferable. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and all appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis i.e., non consumer purchases are excluded from the Promotion.

6. The Promotion is open to residents aged 18 years and over of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland only excluding employees and close family members of retailers.

7. All appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis (i.e., non consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.

8. The Promotion, which starts on 00.01 (local time) on 12th October 2023 to 23.59 (local time) 3rd January 2024, only applies to purchases made on or between these dates when purchasing a new (i.e., not second hand, refurbished or reconditioned) Qualifying Product, from a Qualifying Retailer.

9. Claims must be received by the Promoter no sooner than 30 days and no later than 60 days after the date of purchase with the day after your purchase date counting as day 1 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.

In order to claim the Cashback, claimants must fully complete the online claim form supplying model number, retailer, first name, last name, email address, account details, date of purchase and receipt number including a photograph of the receipt and the appliance’s serial number which is available on www.leisurepromo.co.uk / www.promo.leisurecooker.ie. A copy of original purchase receipts must be sent with all claim forms. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted. Nor will partial or illegible proof of purchase. Purchasers can call the helpline 01565 656 252 (UK) or 1800 708413 (ROI) for assistance between 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (Excluding Public or Bank Holidays), however cannot submit a claim by telephone. (Call charges may vary, and we may record and monitor calls).

12. To receive the Cashback an email address must be provided by the claimant.

13. If a serial number cannot be provided at the time of the claim because the appliance has not been delivered, please state when the delivery is expected and complete the claim no late than 2 weeks after delivery has taken place. Your serial number is to be received by 23:59 on the date specified.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which they believe are fraudulent or invalid.

15. The sales receipt must show the Qualifying Product purchased, purchase price, date of purchase, retailer and location (“Proof of Purchase”). Documentation submitted for this offer will not be returned. Note for purchases of Qualifying Products made via Shop Direct trading as either: Very, Littlewoods or Isme, an order confirmation and product serial number will be acceptable as proof of purchase when submitting a Claim.

16. Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Qualifying Product purchased and a maximum of one (1) claim per person or household during the Promotion Period.

17. Claims must be submitted by the end user Participant only. Retailers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.

18. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, website or other failures outside our control that prevents the customer participating in the promotion.

19. Claimants should allow up to 28 days for delivery of the Cashback from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval. Please note it can take up to 3-5 days for payments to appear in your bank account.

20. By submitting a Claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

21. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their appliance and wishes to return it, such refund is conditional upon return of the Cashback.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
