Underfloor heating

Underfloor heating is a discrete, efficient and undeniably cosy way to bring heat to a room. Underfloor heating mats are installed underneath tiles or engineered floors and utilise cost-effective electricity to maintain warm temperatures and reduce cold surfaces so floors remain comfortable underfoot. Whilst it’s an increasingly common choice for bathrooms, it can also be excellent way to heat larger rooms based on the principle of heat rising. There’s no need to allocate wall space to conventional heating, making it just as appealing for open plan minimalist homes as it is for smaller rooms in busy family dwellings.
