Avoid
Installed this door well under a year ago and the handle , which cost £40, has stripped all its paint. Asked if they could swap the handle under guarantee and was told doors and handles have no warranty and no guarantee . Nice, wish I'd known that when I was shopping around.

Good for price.
Fitted this door myself. Opening was slightly too wide so needed to use a shim but it was no problem. Totally straight forward. Locks were easy to install. However, the remote latches were very tight which made lifting & lowering the handle really difficult. Latch receivers had to be filed a little as adjusting the door wasn't cutting it. All good now. Really pleased with it. Just one thing - if you need to fit the frame with the door still in, it's heavy.

Very difficult to lock.
We bought two of these doors as it was a quick and cheap solution. They only come with two hinges not three, so not great for adjusting. The very experience builder who did the work in the house fitted them and he couldn’t get the locks to align/work properly. They’re extremely hard to lock. Only my husband can lift the handle with extreme force to get them to lock and even he struggles. I would not recommend these doors and even though we need a third door very soon, we wouldn’t be buying another one from B&Q. Also one of the doors came with a small thin scratch in one of the panels. We couldn’t take them back as the building was being done in the house and we couldn’t leave the house with no doors.

Fantastic door for very good price , very solid and looks good also went straight into the opening without any adjustments needed to open and close perfectly.

Solid door
Solid door- bit of a nightmare to fit.. we've had to move some of the latches to close the door without it snagging

Brilliant !
Extremely pleased with this Door. Other local firms had been quoting me over £400 for a similar self fit door Beware when the delivery arrives its a two person job to transport the pack I also found you really need two people when you finally hang the door to align the hinges. The door drops down onto 3 vertical pins set in the frame I would have no hesitation in recommending this product. Superb Value for money

Great purchase
just my order online and the door was delivered ahead of time on the stated date. This is a good quality door with a good quality lock. The door was fitted quickly to our garage and we are extremely pleased with the purchase. The only disappointment is the bolts to secure the door to the wall were not included.

Excellent Product
Purchased it to replace an old back door, really easy to fit as long as its kept square & you don't over tighten on the screws. I even fitted it to open outwards & in less than 3 hours.
