Flimsy
Very flimsy and not easy to let down as you need two hands to operate the clips and then the bottom piece falls into you

Very unstable
U bought this product last month and have used them once as they feel very flimsy and unstable I'm 5 ft and 10 st and didn't feel safe on them at all

It's a basic loft ladder and it does the job
It is a good value loft ladder that does the job. All fittings are included and it was fairly easy to fit. Make sure you read the limitations on loft height, minimum opening and the space it takes in the loft. No hesitation in recommending to others.

Inexpensive and easy to install
Bought this on offer and was so surprised at how easy it is to fit and it is pretty sturdy. Didn’t come with instructions but it was self explanatory.
