Awful
Really difficult to install, extremely heavy which ended up falling and splitting my head open, then when we were pulling the springs to get them in place one of them snapped completely, would NOT recommend this style! Lodged a complaint but haven't had a response

Dangerous to open
Just had this product installed and it does look nice however, it comes unassembled, so it takes a long time to actually put together. The springs have flicked off a couple of time so they have had to be squeezed together to stop this. Also beware when opening it comes down really fast so watch your head.

Great value for money.
I didn't personally fit these but my builder fitted them and said they were easy to do. The steps are sturdy, easy to use and great value for money!

Strong and sturdy
Was a bit apprehensive about buying after some of the previous poor reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised, the loft hatch is easily assembled and once together relatively straight forward to install. Once the ladder is cut to length the overall strength of it is pretty robust and pretty chuffed with it.
