This product is below average quality
Poor quality, very fragile. Hinges are very weak. Not good for this money.

Better than expected
I took a punt on these given the pretty bad reviews, but they were the only ones of this exact type that were any way affordable. Firstly, delivery was quick and no real damage. A couple of small nicks on the finish, but not an issue given they needed painting (only primered from the factory). I'm guessing quality control has improved as these were perfectly manufactured, no warping or split wood as per other reviews. The glass and plastic surround were fixed properly in place too. Giving 4 stars due to the small nicks out of the finish, but would generally recommend. The track and fixings are decent too

Cheap quality and damaged
Wouldn’t bother buying these, very cheap build, poor quality and was damaged. Also didn’t match the images on the website and glass wasn’t frosted as in the picture . Also doesn’t close as it should so looks incorrect when closed.

Terrible
Bought this product last month and left it in the packaging. I’ve had to wait weeks to finish bathroom and get someone fit it. Know it unpacked the door is coming apart but thought we’ll I’ll deal with that with a bit of wood Glue but when trying to fit the door it’s warped and will not fit to the space. A total waste of money DO NOT BUY

An okay product
The first one delivered was damaged and look as if it been used. Scuffed and dented. We checked the 2nd one before accepting delivery. This one was a lot better. I wouldn't say the quality was great. The moulding around the window panes is plastic which I don't particularly like.

It serves a purpose
So ... delivery was all fine. The box was a little damaged but the door inside seemed fine. I didn't fit this myself as I didn't want to risk breaking the glazing. As a result, it was only once it was fitted that it became obvious that the plastic trim looks awful (cheap and poorly applied) and the poor quality of the woodgrain overlay means that it is easy to damage. With a bit of work, after all I couldn't afford to pay to have it taken down in order to return it, I was able to tweak the glazing trim to get a better fit, though it is still not perfect; and I hope that once the door has been painted it will be a bit more difficult to damage. I was so hopeful that this door would be as fabulous as it looks in the online picture but it wasn't. That said, it serves its purpose.

Nice door, but delivered damaged twice
I recently purchased this door for my kitchen, door itself is a nice looking door, seems strong but have yet to fit it, problem with delivery service, 1st door didn't arrive but driver drove past property, was then told it was damaged, 2nd delivery my son took in but didn't check it, when I arrived home the box was half open and door damaged, I can only recommend collecting any items yourself to avoid disappointment shocking delivery service

Do Not Buy!
Horrific manufacturing! I ordered this door and the first arrived with split wood & damage to the front of the door. I sent it back and tried again the second arrived with broken facings, I tried one last time and the wood was split at the hinges. I gave in trying :(

Don't waste your money
I honestly can't believe that B&Q would send this to a long standing customer. The packaging wasn't damaged so it's been packed this way. Bent runner, 2 out 3 hinges bent, damage to corner, split/warped wood along inside edge and covered in marks and scratches. Basically I've just thrown this in the skip. Keep your refund B&Q, you've just lost a customer that has used you to renovate a house over the last 7 years.
