Perfect for DIY'ers

Brilliant piece of equipment! Need to buy this after a tiler I paid for left me with horrible tiles around plug socket. Bought this cut perfect U and L shapes out of my tiles got the job done! Easy to clean but does get messy and use outside with a towel at hand as it's a wet saw it kicks up a lot of water

Rusty and not working after 1 year

I used this for a job and it was ok. Cut tiles fine. Bit limited on tile size. Drained the water and stored in the garage for a year. Went to use it today, the entire thing is rusted solid!! Blade needs replacing but cannot undo the rusty screws or bolts to get to it. As I said, it’s OK, but really it’s only for one job before it needs replacing. The cheap price reflects that

Really good product

Based on previous reviews I bought this model instead of the pricier model Mac Alister that I had originally intended to buy and I have had no regrets. I used it to cut some thick floor tiles and it did it with ease.

Good so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have only used this on a small job inside the house. We used it for the tiles on our utility wall which is only a small area. I can only comment on small usage of which it was great and easy to use. The cuts all came out clean and we didn't have any problems. Took us a while to figure out exactly how to use it and how it works as we haven't used one before. Definitely interested to see how it holds up for a longer period of time doing the rest of our tiles.

Worked fine for me, great tool.

I bought this tile cutter around two weeks ago. I used it to cut B&Q budget white tiles and it worked perfectly. I upgraded the cutting blade though as the blade that came on the machine looked a bit thick. The lip around the edge is great for saving water and it doesn't need to be topped up too often. I topped it up with water after cutting around 10 tiles. I originally started cutting in the kitchen with a towel under the machine but it sprayed water up the wall behind the machine so I moved outdoors. The spraying mostly comes from the blade guard. Very happy with my purchase and I'm looking for other areas around my house that I could place tiles just so I can use it more.
